On Adea, we focus a lot on traveling. We have taken you to Miami, Cuba, London and beyond. Yet, what are some tips especially for those long haul flights? We know airline air isn't the best. It's drying and especially when spending hours in it, it does take its toll. And, what to wear? You want to be comfortable but still want some style. To help with your next flight, here are some tips to help keep you hydrated and ready to begin your travels, as soon as you step off of your flight.
Stay Hydrated
You are certain to have read this tip already, although, I can't stress the importance of this enough. Drinking water has become a game changer for me, as I used to drink the bare minimum. After focusing on staying hydrated, my body (and skin) has thanked me. One thing I have began adding to my water is Nuun. It adds electrolytes to your water, and I started using it during my cycling rides when I needed more than water to keep me hydrated. I have since found it ideal to utilize when traveling.
Skincare
I'm a big believer in removing all makeup before going to bed. This even applies when flying. For overnight flights, I always bring a washcloth and most recently, I began packing facial spray. This has changed the process completely, as I no longer have to maneuver over the tiny bathroom sink to clean my face. And, you can use the facial spray throughout your flight for instant hydration. I'll admit, I've sat on a couple of travel-sized bottles I had for awhile and only recently began adding this into my routine. And now, I always keep a bottle in my travel bag. Also, I try to use a mask shortly after arriving at my destination.
Clothing
When traveling, there is always a line between being comfortable and still being ready for your new adventure when you step off of the plane. Depending on the time of year, this is where a pair of Adea leggings and an oversized cashmere sweater would work great! Another option would be an Adea Dolman Sleeve modal tee with some loose pants - there are many stylish activewear options on the market. Don't forget a scarf or light jacket, as layers are key on these flights. And, don't forget to bring socks.
When beginning your new adventure, you want to ensure it starts out on the right foot. Ensuring your flight is enjoyable is a good start. What tips have you picked up during your travels?

I just read an article that sounded – to me at least – like “a canary in a coal mine” or an early warning of danger. This piece, written by Joe Pompeo, appeared in the May 2020 issue of Vanity Fair magazine with the title “The British Tabloid Invasion” and a subtitle that read, “How the Daily Mail is conquering American gossip.”

Apparently the good old U.S. is a nation of “not great” sleepers. Really? And I thought I was the only one! According to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention it was revealed that one out of three Americans are chronically sleep-deprived. Yikes!
