Sometimes it feels so good to score a deal, doesn't it? Whether that means finding a designer item at a second hand store for next to nothing or an item you love at a crazy discount, getting a deal feels great.
At Adea we strive to give you the best under-layers. What does that mean? Well, it means that we source all of our (gorgeous) fabric in Italy and all of our production happens in the US. We know our manufacturers personally, have visited the factories and know that the employees all receive a fair wage. This doesn't come cheap. There are no $10 camis to be found here, but that's because we make stuff that lasts.
For those of you who would love to have a whole drawer full of Adea but are looking for a deal, we've created an outlet just for that. Some items we've discontinued because we no longer carry the style or the color, while other items have small marks on the fabric. These items are heavily discounted here for you.
If you use Adea as an under-layer and don't mind a discontinued color or small mark, check out the selection from time to time. We update it frequently.

I just read an article that sounded – to me at least – like “a canary in a coal mine” or an early warning of danger. This piece, written by Joe Pompeo, appeared in the May 2020 issue of Vanity Fair magazine with the title “The British Tabloid Invasion” and a subtitle that read, “How the Daily Mail is conquering American gossip.”

Apparently the good old U.S. is a nation of “not great” sleepers. Really? And I thought I was the only one! According to a recent study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention it was revealed that one out of three Americans are chronically sleep-deprived. Yikes!

I think we’re all taken by the incredible mystique of the famous French fashion house, Hermès that has been with us for two centuries and is still owned and operated by the same family. From its beginnings in fine equestrian leather goods, they are – in the tumultuous year 2020 – best known for their handbags and many other items.
My image of Hermès has always been rarified products at equally rarified prices so imagine my surprise when I recently received a very stylish publication of theirs in the mail.
